Returns

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return, provided that the fabric has not been cut, washed or altered.

How to request a return

Contact us via WhatsApp and provide your order number. We will arrange the product return process for you.

Refunds

A refund (or product exchange) will be processed after the condition of the returned fabric has been verified.

Items not eligible for return

Fabrics cut to order cannot be returned, except in the case of a confirmed defect.

Delivery fees

Original delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.
